We are a Youth Track and Field Club serving the Capital District.  Membership is open to athletes from 7 (or born in 2005) to 17 years old.  We provide elementary, middle-school and high school children a unique Track and Field/Cross Country opportunity.  We offer children the chance to train in track events including; dashes, hurdles, relays and train in field events including; discus, shot put, javelin as well as jumping events like high jump, long jump and triple jump.  We participate in the Empire Liberty Tour's 4 track meets, this includes Junior Olympics (Local and Regional). Track meets are optional - they are fun and give the athlete an opportunity to test their skills.  September thru November there are Cross Country meets (Junior Olympics Local, Regional) and practices included in your membership!

Congratulations to our National Cross Country competitors for their fine representation of the Delmar Track & Field Club at Myrtle Beach on Saturday, December 10th.  Kaitlyn Grossman finished in 88th place with a 2K time of 10:11.25, Brooke Wright 75th place with a 3K time of 12:32.83 and Mary Devries 81st place with a 5K time of 20:55.86.

Congratulations to DTF Coach Jodie Robertson on her fantastic race at the 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials in Houston on January 14. She finished in a PR time of 2:42:31 in 57th place out of 191 competitors.

Delmar Track and Field Club is happy to offer a family friendly fee scale:  Registration fee* of $85.00 for the first child, $75.00 for the second child and $50.00 for every child after. We are adding a team uniform (singlet & shorts**) as part of your registration fee as long as we can find one that works for all age groups. A tee shirt will still be given to all members.
